Granbell Hotel Colombo

The hotel is super nice with an amazin rooftop pool that has sick views of the city. Our room was spacious and really comfy with a super fancy bathroom. The staff at the bar were great, especially dinith who was really friendly. Breakfast had lots of options and we were able to chill by the pool after exploring the city all day.

The check-in was kinda slow and we had some trouble with the taxis outside.

The amazing sea view from our terrace was a highlight, while the variety of delicious vegetarian dishes at breakfast made each morning special.

Perfectly pleasant stay, as always. Early check-in, late check-out, absolutely kind staff. Comfy beds, a safe, television, and coffee/tea making facilities in the room. Very good breakfast with plenty of options to choose from. Beautiful location, steps away from National Zoological Gardens of Sri Lanka.

The unit was beautifully designed and light filled.

It was within 15 min drive or so from the airport.

Well serviced brand-new hotel with GREAT views of the ocean. Absolutely kind personnel and stunning location opposite the ocean. Very close to the major attractions in Colombo, outside money exchange, and the venue's Japanese restaurant.

This wasn't what I expected, Good or Bad?

Admired the rooftop deck with pool. The sunset views are amazing. The staff, especially Dileepa, were accommodating and enhanced my experience.

Frequent waits for access were frustrating. Plus, I noticed occasional lapses in room cleaning schedules.

The breakfast was very good, the location was fantastic. My stay was perfectly pleasant, and the entire stuff were extremely helpful and very amiable...

Amazing rooftop pool with fine city views. Check-in took too long. Staff seemed overwhelmed with guests. Nice room décor, but the noise from the nearby train was quite distracting.

The infinity pool on the rooftop is fine with great ocean views. The bar serves amazing drinks and has a relaxed vibe. My room had beautiful floor-to-ceiling windows, nice for natural light. Breakfast offered a wide variety of fresh options. I enjoyed every moment ☀️

It was just a great fit for a brief pause in Colombo with really good value. The rooftop pool gave fine views, perfect for relaxation after a day out. Make sure to plan breakfast early to avoid the rush.

Granbell Hotel Colombo was great with its fantastic service and amazing rooftop pool. Especially Mr Gamunu and Mr Inushal.

Fine views!

The sea view from our room was amazing! Waking up to that was a treat. The rooftop bar had such good vibes and cocktails, a perfect spot to relax. Just a heads up, the shower got really slippery, so be careful. The restaurant by the pool was a nice touch too with yummy snacks.

The rooftop pool is a true gem, offering very nice views of the city skyline while you unwind. The spacious guest rooms are well-designed, with fantastic large bathrooms.

Check-in was a bit sluggish. The noise from nearby trains could be distracting at times, especially during the night. Room service left something to be desired. My sandwich arrived with stale bread and hard fries. While there are standout features, a few consistent hitches was great.

The staff was great, which enhanced our stay. The rooftop swimming pool featured fine views. The included spa treatments were a good bonus.

The lighting in the room could be improved as it made getting ready in the evening a bit challenging.
